After Sales Service
(1).Warranty policy: If the machine is broken within 1 year, we will send the spare parts to the client for free, and it is 2 years for important parts.
(2).Training:
a.the buyer of the relevant personnel training is free of charge in China. The training Contents include the normal use of equipment, maintenance, failure analysis and elimination, safe operation and emergency handling procedures, etc
b.If customer needs our technician give the onsite training, the customer should response for Visa, Flight, Local transportation and accommodation.
c. Live Video training is available.
(3).Packing and Contents:
Machine will be packed into the standard wooden cartons, suitable for vessel or air transport, and marked the
